1. Payment & Booking
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The final high-quality master files will be released only after the remaining balance is paid in full.
2. File Delivery
Artists must provide stems in 24-bit WAV format. Stems should be "dry" (no reverb/delay) unless the effect is a necessary creative choice. Mint Studio is not responsible for poor quality due to low-grade source recordings.
3. Revisions
Each project includes 2 rounds of minor revisions. Any changes requested after the final approval or additional major creative changes will incur a fee of R150 per hour.
4. Project Timelines
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 working days from the date the deposit and files are received. Urgent projects may incur a "Rush Fee."
5. Credit
Artists agree to credit "Mint Studio" or "Mint Projects" in the metadata/liner notes of any track mixed or mastered by us.
